"Hotel from outside looked updated, inside was not. Rooms were dark and uncomfortable and not cleaned properly. Restaurant food was awful and we didn’t eat the meals we ordered. Checkin was unpleasant, person at front desk didn’t greet us or make eye contact, and was overall cold. I understand most people staying here are for one night prior to their airport departure- but overall Unpleasant stay , felt uncomfortable not sure how they have the rating they do! Will not stay again"

"A decent property perfect for quick stays. Nice enough staff but not exactly verbose. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent. Breakfast buffet was fine but the sausage patties looked so bad I can’t imagine why they were even being offered. Like wet discs of beige cardboard."

"I really didn’t expect such a nice room from the Western Budget Motel but it was very spacious, the kitchen in the suite was well equipped, it was clean and bright inside the room, the beds were super comfy, the key cards worked really well and fast and the breakfast was really well done. No complaints here, I would absolutely stay here again!"
