"This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend."

"We (family of three) only stayed one night on our way to another destination. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, but our first floor room did feel stuffy and dungeon-like. Upper floors are maybe more open and bright. The location is very central and walkable to known historic sites. Parking was a nightmare, which is not the fault of the hotel, but if you are driving it will be an issue. The hotel does have parking, but unless you get lucky it is likely to be full most. We ended up finding available parking 25 minutes walking distance away. "
