"The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were two cups, two drinking glass and two of each utensils. I thought that more could have been provided. We were also provided with just one towel for each of us. Check-in was about 10 minutes away from where we stayed but it was an easy walk. Check-in and check-out were very easy."

"The front desk staff was so helpful and courteous. They booked our taxi for us, and helped us to understand currency exchanges."

"We've had a great stay. The rooms were large and spacious. The beds were comfy and the air con was nice and cool. Very close and central to everything you'd want to visit being in Budapest. The staff were friendly throughout. Breakfast was standard fare for buffet breakfast. A couple of niggles were the uht milk in the hotel room one was off and that wasn't pleasant. But we ask for replacements and received them. Also my partner requested hair conditioner could be brought up as the water is hard and needed this after a shower. It did take 3 calls to reception over a 45 minute period, in the end reception brought it up. We requested a late checkout before we arrived but our cards weren't working and we had to reactivate at reception. All minor things. The hotel is very beautiful and the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was very welcome. "
