Not your typical vacation home. 2bd 2ba single level duet on Marlin Dr. Totally remodeled this home featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, spacious deck and dock with boat host. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
NOTE: When securing a date please expect to return a short application and copy of your ID or driver's license within 72 hours. Additionally, we have a Nest doorbell and Nest rear camera facing the deck/dock. Please be aware this camera is not monitored but it does record for liability purposes.

Discovery Bay Treasure.

Beautiful getaway in Discovery Bay!
We spent three days at this wonderful home in Discovery Bay. The view from the deck was outstanding and inside the house was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great area for walking and very nearby the Marina Bar and Grill. Would definitely like to visit again! Cindy H

My co-worker from Switzerland and I enjoed staying at this home while on our month long work trip . Too bad it was in yhe winter because the putside area and amenities for the lake would have been awesome to enjoy. It was just too cold. The house was perfect in all ways. It allowed us to have our own space and cooking ability unlike a hotel would have. The hosts were very quick with answering any questions. The only thing i would recommend to the owners is maybe think about tvs in the rooms . Not a complaint just a feature upgrade. Cheers

This was our 2nd stay at the property. Peter is very easy to work with. The property is well equipped and organized as well as clean. Our grandkids who live in the neighborhood enjoyed visiting and using the putting area. We look forward to future visits when visiting family.

The pictures of this property are accurate but don’t do justice to the beautiful views each morning and evening. It was extremely clean and well furnished. Peter was always very prompt with communication, and the location is ideal. Away from all the traffic, but convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

We had another lovely time at this wonderful slice of heaven on the water. Well maintained home. Comfy beds! Beautiful views. Great fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding! Peter, one of the owners, is very easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze! Can’t wait to return!
