Overall our stay was nice ! Close to commute trains/buses / mall and groceries very good location No A/C that’s the only issues Lack of instruction on how to operate stove which is hard to turn on/operate with very carefully Support is very helpful over the phone

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

This is a hotel in someone backyard. It has window over highway. It was not a hotel. More an Airbnb, very hot polluted because of highway and it was spooky.

We loved having access to the guest kitchen including the fridge. The back terrace was in full bloom and a lovely place to sit in the evening with snacks and a drink after a busy day of being tourists. The breakfast was amazing with home made goodies (and we know they were homemade as we were in the guest kitchen getting water one day and the very lovely staff member was taking delicious smelling treats out of the oven!), a nice selection of fruits, cheeses, breads, etc. The staff were very helpful with suggestions and directions as well. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience!
