「Elevator was not working. Room we had initially had huge stains on wood floor. The king bed mattress was really sagging. We finally got a room that was nicer. But still had signs that deep cleaning needed to be scheduled. This property has good bones, but rooms need refreshing. Breakfast was wonderful. 5 star and service was excellent.」

「We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, knowing full well its just a nice big room, with king-size bed. Loved the charm and history of this building, that was once owned by the Yatch club we overlook as well as ocean tide ciing in and out! Bonus! The huge outdoor patio, had furniture, made from lobster traps was really unique! The eclecticly furnished, clean room, with fridge was very cool. Not cookie cutter, like bigger hotels Shared kitchen downstairs, for glasses or cooking. Only improvement...

「We had a wonderful stay in the cozy cottage! We really enjoyed having the kayaks and hot tub on our front door step, and spent most of our time outside. Great location- close to the 101 and Mavilette Beach. Just a short drive to Yarmouth.」
