Great location near the metro and bus stations and out of the business of downtown. Only twenty minutes to Altstadt. The room was large and modern. Maid was nice. Beds were very comfortable and shower was good. There is a grocery store a block away. Negative: Front desk staff never smiled and were often put out when we asked for something. One girl even rolled her eyes when we asked for ice, (despite the staff telling us we just needed to request it and it wouldn’t be a problem). They never acknowledged us unless we were standing directly in front of them and staring at them. They put a lot it pressure on us to include breakfast in our stay even though we said no several time. But I would still stay here again because of the cleanliness, convenience and beds.

Breakfast ok, clean, small room , not far from.train station and easy connection to airport. The elevator did not work the day i quit the hotel. I was on the 5th floor. So i don't know the raison but i would recomment to aged people to look elsewhere as there is only one elevator.

The purfume they spray in this hotel is so strong and overpowering it’s not good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay — highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seehotel Maria Laach. The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained, and the location overlooking Laacher See is outstanding. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The included breakfast was amazing — a huge selection with all you can eat and drink, even champagne! Enjoying breakfast with the beautiful view of the lake made it even better. The restaurants on the property were also excellent, and everything we ate was delicious. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with one electrical outlet in our room not working, and the hotel went above and beyond by giving us complimentary parking and a bottle of champagne. That level of customer service was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Five stars without hesitation. Beautiful property, excellent food, spotless and modern rooms, fantastic views, and genuinely friendly staff. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and would absolutely return!

We found it very tricky to find the dedicated car park and no where to drop off luggage before . Our room was very noisy as on the side street and any night time noise echoed. Also no lift . Sleep was disturbed . The hotel was very clean . Breakfast was excellent .
