「It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far , excellent staff ,big rooms with shower and tub and extremely friendly staff very helpful and walkable to down town and excellent inclusive breakfast .I would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel .」

「We stayed at the Waldhotel for two nights where we enjoyed hiking and the amazing scenic views of the Alps. Hotel had breathtaking views of the Alps. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and updated. We did have a challenge figuring out all of the electronics to get the lights on and shades closed.」

「This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! 」

「I think it is a hotel with a nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Upon arrival, they offered us welcome drinks. I was grateful and it was delicious since I was thirsty. There is also a bottle of filtered drinking water in the room. Moreover, there is a shared kettle and espresso machine in the hallway. It is nice to be able to drink coffee or tea freely. 「Das Südzimmer mit Balkon war sehr geräumig und mit wunderschönem Bergblick. Der Aussenpool mit den Massagedüsen gefiel mir sehr gut, die Liegen waren leider unpraktisch, wir konnten fast nicht mehr aufstehen. Das Wasser war etwas zu warm für meinen Körper. 」

「The stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The view from my balcony was amazing as well. Mountains and a waterfall! The balcony door was interesting, it was a door, tilt window as well as window. I thought that was cool. One suggestion that I may Give is to have a bug screen or net for the Door so the door can be left open without fear of bugs entering the room. We went during hot temperatures, but it was not that hot in the rooms. There is no air conditioning in rooms and no fans if you need...
