"This is a very good hotel. Not superb….but very good. A few things I could pick at, but the biggest is the lighting in the room. Staying over 100 nights a year in different hotels, I’m convinced that the management doesn’t actually STAY in their rooms for a few days. They walk in and look around and think about staying there. "Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....
