Perfectly positioned for an easy coastal getaway, this bright retreat features bay views from your private balcony, an open living area with a cozy gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. The luxurious primary suite offers a king-sized bed, double vanity, and a custom tile shower, while the second bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk, and the living room provides a sleep sofa—making the space ideal for families or small groups. You'll also have the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi throughout.
As a guest, you'll enjoy exceptional amenities, including a rooftop plaza with grilling stations, a fire pit, a water feature, and sweeping sunset views, plus an indoor saltwater pool, outdoor pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. Assigned garage parking for two vehicles means you can park once and walk everywhere in downtown Dewey Beach, with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the beach all just steps away. Perfect location but skip ReMax

The location is unbeatable, and we’ve stayed at the Hyatt and The Residence condos many times. This was our first ReMax property rental though, and we’ll never do it again if we can avoid it. Extra fees for things like linens, extra to-dos outside of Vrbo like signing a short-term rental agreement and downloading a new app, and extra steps to pick up keys and check in. Minimal amenities and supplies in the unit (outdated tvs, missing cookery). Lack of cleanliness (sand on the floor, mold in the washing machine). Find another host to stay at a similar property.
