"Overall a great stay and weather was perfect. Upon check in, we discovered that housekeeping hadn’t serviced the property. We contacted Beth, prop manager, who was most apologetic and she immediately dispatched someone to service the property. Thank you. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. It’s on the first floor so great location if your furry friend is staying with you!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Isle of Palms. The moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well‑maintained everything was. The owners clearly take pride in keeping the space clean and welcoming. The view was truly unbeatable, waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean made every day feel like a dream. The location couldn’t be better, with the beach just steps away. Inside, the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living space and thoughtful touches throughout, it felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located beachfront getaway in Isle of Palms."

"We have never been to the Isle of Palms and we were so happy we could experience it’s beauty. The condo is Oceanfront and the views from the balcony, bedroom, living room and kitchen are wonderful. The condo was clean, well decorated and conducive to dining in. We enjoyed the beach, sitting by the pool and relaxing on the balcony. The sunrise was stunning. Loved, loved, loved this place. "

"This is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the beach access gate was locked and has been since Oct 2025 due to erosion. This was not made clear when we booked and we assumed oceanfront meant beach access. You have to walk about a 1/2 mile to get on the beach. "

"Beautiful ocean and pool view and we loved the widow’s walk! Very well stocked…we appreciated the night lights, power strips, and beach toys and chairs especially. Good use of space in general. We didn’t try but would have been a bit challenging to cook since the kitchen was pretty small. "

"Seascapes was a penthouse ocean view villa! We had a grand time… 3 bed, 3 bath was perfect for us! The patio was relaxing with an incredible view of the ocean. Great communication with Carrol Realty. They were helpful with our late checkout. Be prepared to clean up the condo before leaving (condo rules). Little amenities would have been appreciated. Games and books were salable. A great retreat!!! "
