"This house was great for our family of 5 (3 teens). Space for everyone, space to be together and for personal time. The girls LOVED the downstairs with big bean bags, tv, bathroom and kitchen area. We all enjoyed and LOVED the heated pool, the outdoor area and propane fire pits. Also, location was perfect for everything. Easy to get anywhere and close to downtown restaurants and shops. I could go on and on but 100% recommend! "

"So this place is a solid stay….Walgrrens is a block away for any needs, shops and coffee just blocks south….Boulder is near by as well, and parking is so nice right by the door. Best of all the communication was timely and with quick response. Definitely recommend this place. "

"When entering the property there was an overwhelming smell of room deordorizor fragrance. The sheets on the queensize bed smelled like feces and fabric deordorizor fragrance. It was as if the sheets had not been washed, just sprayed with a strong smelling fabric fragrance. The rug in the kingsize bed bedroom was sticky when walked on barefoot. The overwhelming smell of fragrance caused my husband to have breathing issues. When sitting on the couch, you sank down so low into the couch, you needed help to get up from it. The recliner was incredibly hard to move from a reclining position. It took 2 people to move it back to a normal chair position. This was not a pleasant experience. "
