Victoria Falls through the mists in the low season. Seeing the famed Victoria falls from the Zimbabwe side was something that had been on my bucketlist since way before I even knew what a bucketlist was. I never really thought I would make it to Africa but often dreamed of it. I just put up my blog post about my experience there. "Awesome trip to Victoria Falls, we crammed in just everything on offer during our stay, Villa was great, clean, spacious and secure. You need a car to get about but we preferred location as it was quieter at night. Would book again for sure. Helicopter trip, Victoria falls and hewange national park were highlight."

"Great lodge in the northern area of Victoria Falls, maybe 2 miles from the falls themselves. It's a $10 taxi ride from the border crossing, or you can walk it easily if you don't have luggage. I walked from the lodge to the falls and back in a morning and walked back to the border in the afternoon. Wonderful indoor/outdoor restaurant, clean rooms, very friendly staff. My stay was excellent. Only one night, but I wish it had been more. "
