「This was my third time staying here, and it continues to be a great experience every time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the dining area was always clean and stocked. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even better. It’s always a reliable, comfortable place to stay, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!」

「Not only did the help lack in the ENGLISH language evidently they cant read a clock either. Both days at 7:00 am the coffee was from he previous day and no sign of breakfast. Also 7:00 am breakfast is not early enough anyway. Had it not been the best priced place we would have not stayed. We will find a different place the next time in town. Thanks for asking.」

「I'd say it's the best place to sray in clear lake. Clos4 to downtown and next to Surf ballroom. The house is very accommodating for a large group of people.」

「We stayed for a quick weekend trip. 3rd and Surf was a cute little house, well-maintained, and most importantly, clean! We had all the tools we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals and plenty of room to be comfortable. We would happily stay here again next time we're in town!」
