「Broken window, sock left in room. Train track close by, the conductor likes for you to hear them when the come through at 4 am」

「Longer shower curtains so water doesn’t run all over the floor. Better pool/hot tub selection. Other than that we loved it! Thank you so much we will be back in the future for sure!」

「The staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The room stayed warm regardless of us adjusting the temperature. Not only that, the room was very humid. Felt like the carpet was holding moisture or something. At breakfast, the yogurt they had out was past the expiration date so I didn’t trust eating anything.」

「We booked 2 rooms and because we arrived so late. One of the rooms air conditioner was not working and had the room temp in the 80s. We waited until morning and told the desk they came right away. It still didn’t work. They would not help transfer the luggage to a new room. So we left. That was only right that they should help relocate a customer to a new room with a working ac. My dad is 83 and has dementia and could help move to another room.」

「The bathroom was small not enough room to move around in. Only had one tv that was in the living room. Other than that it was a good stay.」

「Waycross HouseCheck-in was fine but there are a lot of things we had to go buy to make the house livable for the week. We bought pots and pans because the pots here are really old and distorted. One of the rooms has no closet, one room with a closet has no rod, and the one room with a rod, the wooden rod is not strong enough to handle all of our clothes. We were here for a church convention so we had lots of clothes for day services and night services. We also had to buy a full ironing board...
