「We hosted a wonderful family reunion at this lake Conroe home in April sound. We rented a boat and it was great to be able to tie up at the dock right in front of the house.The house is a little older, but generally well maintained. There are LOTS of stairs… The only caveat is the 5th sleeping area is just an extension of the breakfast room, not a real bedroom.Overall, had a fantastic weekend and will likely return in the future」

「The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property...

「I compared 20 similar listing in the greater Houston area & this place provided the best value for number of rooms & sqft of mansions with pools.I brought my own towels from bad experiences at other places & was impressed to see the owner provide fresh white towels in every room & stacks of different sizes in the laundry room.All fully loaded with toys & games for family / kids inside & out.Though with a few potential quick fixes:- Upstairs TV couldn't turn on- Fooseball table: 1 of the handles...
