Trying to get a reply via email before we arrived to organise tours was very hard and we ended up organising elsewhere but other than that we could not fault the place. We had a great time here. "Mike, his wife and 2 daughters were excellent. However the place was affected by nature and there is no electricity, no wifi, no hot water. As other guests have said before, it is a long way from Lenakel, 1.5 hours driving on the dirt road which can be difficult after rain. So I won't recommend staying more than 2-3 nights mainly to see the volcano+- the Iatapu traditional dance."
