「We’ve stayed there for 4 nights. It is not a real 5-star hotel. There was no soap, toothpaste and other things in the bathroom. Staff were really pushy. While checking out we were asked whether we had used anything from the minibar or not. When we said no they answered,”you used one item (in fact emphasized) and they showed us an unpacked chips pocket!!! When we said no they used a very offensive body language! Although they accepted finally and didn’t charge us, it was terrible behavior....
