"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen was more than equipped with everything you need. We had a perfect holiday. I wish to Thank Jilly to use for a small extra to use the electricity to load my hybrid car. The deer came each day close to the house ;-) . The surroundings are beautiful for relaxing and walks through the forest. Big supermarkets are close by. You need to take the car for your breakfast but it is close by. And yes there are insects, but you are outdoors so ...... The insect...

They met us on arrival and Danielle had gone to the trouble of creating a local attractions list and map, which was really helpful as we hadn’t visited the area before. We were invited around for drinks on the terrace once we had settled in. Mike brews his own beer. This warm welcome was extended to other evenings if we desired. "Excellent location for our travels around France via train. 100 m to Gare de Rennes and 200 meters to Bus station. Several restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Very close to the historical areas. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good, as restaurants were very nearby. "

"This hotel was perfect for my partner and I because it has a large carpark and is near the ring road. We were driving through France so it was an ideal base to stop in Rennes. We had to get a taxi into the city to explore it, but that was fine for us. It is a clean, well equipped and comfortable hotel and it's great value. The massive shopping centre nearby is a plus, but I would not visit this area of the city if you want to experience the culture and nightlife of Rennes."

"Great hotel in Rennes. Clean, well-appointed, and modern rooms. Very central location near restaurants and shops, and Rennes is a very walkable city. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. Restaurant offered good breakfast spread, but didn’t have chance to have lunch or dinner there. Tiny gym, which was too small to be practical. Spa was nice additional, although it tended to get crowded at times. Overall, I think this is the top hotel in Rennes."
