Good location near a bus stop and shops. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee. Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear.

Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area with a few bars, cafés and small shops. I really enjoyed Rennes and hope to return soon.

Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins et essaye de nous satisfaire au mieux ! Rien à dire ! Et merci à eux ! En revanche la chambre est vétuste (chaises, meuble de la salle de bain tout abîmés) La bonde dans la douche était remplie de cheveux !

Notre séjours a l'appart'hôtel odalys Rennes, c'est très bien passer, la propreté rien a dire c'était parfait, le personnel étais très accueillant, l'appart'hôtel est peut-être un peu loin de la gare, mais autrement bien situé avec le centre-ville. Je recommande cette appart'hôtel.

Hôtel pratique pour nous, par contre une personne de l'accueil est toujours hautaine et froide. Auparavant il y avait une cafetière dans la chambre que nous apprécions, ( il n'y en a plus)

Appart hôtel très bien, bien placé dans Rennes, chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain. Petit déjeuner continental avec du choix et tout est frais. Seul petit bémol le lit qui n'est pas un grand lit mais deux petits matelas.

Chambre plutôt sombre...Lit plutôt petit pour deux... Téléviseur avec télécommande Netflix, Prime et YouTube, mais non accessible car finalement pas connectée...une aberration... Petit déjeuner avec peu de produits proposés...La panière des viennoiseries était quasiment vide ( 1 seul pain au chocolat, 1 brioche, rien de plus..) Car le personnel présent ce jour là ne se préoccupait que de débarrasser alors qu'il etait 9h...???...)... Dans l'ensemble ce petit-déjeuner est bien trop chère, pour ce qui est proposé...d'autant plus que leur tarif a été augmenté...Ça serait bien de mettre plusieurs photos du buffet complet du petit-déjeuner... Ça éviterait que le client soit frustré et ait le sentiment d'avoir été dupé....pour 18€...
