The room was very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was great with an excellent variety of hot and cold food, and the hotel was in a good location within walking distance to everything. But most importantly, the staff were fantastic! You felt as though you were staying with family. Would highly recommend and definately stay here again!"

"I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Alex. Staff was more than friendly and accommodating, the facilities are immaculately clean and the room and property had everything I wanted in a hotel. The Ski room with heated boot and glove warmers in my private locker were a fantastic add that I wasn’t aware of. Sofi and the staff were very friendly. Everything is walkable from this location, including the train. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!"

"We had never been to Saas-Fee. We choose Hotel Allallin because it is close to bus station. When we arrived the hostess was so helpful. We told her we wanted to hike. She gave us good directions. She gave us the Saas Tal card which gave us free use of the cable cars. She suggested that we should have time that afternoon to do a second hike."
