our stay was fantastic, we were upgraded from double bed room to corner suite, the room was spacious and so new and clean, the staff was great, the front desk staff were amazing, i needed to print and scan an urgent paper, it was done for me in no time, want to mention Abdulaziz and Madina, also the Duty manager Bekzod who was so freindly and supportive. Complementary resh fruits were offered in the lobby around the clock, the breakfast was something, wide range of fresh fruits, fresh juices,...

Breakfast menu was good. To make it even better would be nice to add more milk products , carbonated water and fresh lemon slices. Gym room doesn't have attendance person always nobody there to help and safety check. Room cleaning perfect. Staff 99% friendly and very helpful.

Clean room, maid cleaned room everyday no matter when I left the room, Good massages and amenities. Good food at hôtel restaurant with a variety of food choices which was a break from same old same old offered outside. It was great!

I've stayed here twice now: it's my favorite hotel in Tashkent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a medical situation last year and they were compassionate and caring. The interior courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast is great. Water pressure in the shower is good, and wifi works well. Would definitely stay here again. Highest of recommendations!

Excellent hotel, great location - around 30min walk to the key tourist sites - and helpful staff. The food is also quite good at the restaurant. They even have a laundromat that came in very handy. One slight drawback - no alcohol is served.

Nice room, the big bed was two twin beds put together, staff was very nice, breakfast was great and it is located close to attractions, metro, shops and restaurants.

Hotel is well located and in good condition. Beautiful decorations and clean . Staff are helpful and available. My room was comfortable, with good amenities and all of them functional . Breakfast very good . They have a restaurant beside, with a menu and staff- only available in Russian language . The only problem I had was with the payment , I had to pay in cash as their card terminal was out of service. In general terms, it was a good experience and a nice hotel .

Toilet flush are pretty old. Needs to be changed.
