The staff members are so very considerate to shuttle and pick up anywhere and anytime. They refer to you by name which makes one feel so cared for and appreciated. "This hotel is such a wonderful gem. Staff are super nice, rooms are very well-equipped, and the amenities are hands down the best. We booked a room with a private onsen which I highly highly recommend. It was so incredible after snowboarding all day and getting to relax in your own private onsen that has a view of the mountain. So beautiful. They have a locker room to store all your gear on the base floor that goes right out to the chairlift. So convenient. It's also in a great location, super close to restaurants and Ace Gondola. They gave us a bottle of champagne for our Anniversary which was so sweet. I guess other people say it seems old but I think it's super charming. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
