"Great location with a friendly helpful staff. This hotel is an experience with lots of Arabian flavor and charm. The rooms are clean enough and everything worked. Hot water could take awhile for showers but eventually warmed up. We would stay here again. "

"One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff. "

"The hotel offers good value for the price and its location is good as you can walk to Old Dubai, which is great. The rooms are spacious, though they could be better maintained (mainly bathroom). Breakfast had options, but the quality wasn’t the best and not really to my taste. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but fairly average."
