「Pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The unit had everything needed. A nice kitchenette fully stocked for preparing meals. Comfortable seat with fireplace and TV. Beds provided great sleep. Whirlpool in bathroom was a plus. Back porch right along Ohio River. Enjoyed sounds if nature and barges going up and down river. Very restful and relaxing. 」

「Easy arrival process. There's construction so that makes the street parking a tad difficult but the area felt very safe. Only down point is the heavy walking from prople upstairs, but thats typical in apartments. 」

「Great, unique house for a girls weekend! We had a blast hanging at the house and hiking nearby. We loved spending time in the hot tub and the walking path that the owners had created on property - probably close to a quarter mile long through the prairie lands! Great kitchen, too.」

「The listing is beautifully decorated however there are some underlying flooring issues. The sub-flooring is falling in underneath the faux hardwood. There are lots of holds & the wood is rotting. Cleaners clean with strong chemicals to cover rotting floor smell. 」
