「The staffs were very nice and helpful but I sadly don’t recommend this hotel to people who are sensitive to dust allergies and pets. There are many things to complain about, but all in all it was a good hotel. I will use this hotel again the next time I go to Umea. However, I would like you to install the air conditioner system by then. The heat in the room during the daytime is crazy."
