This is my favorite, mid-range hotel in the central Yogya and Gadja Mada University area. The hotel sits on a major street, but it backs off of it into a pleasant Yogya neighborhood so most rooms are calm and pleasant. Staff are consistently cordial and helpful. Excellent except for the breakfast the second morning (Friday). It seemed that the hotel had an offer for families with children for that night/morning, so quite a lot of noisy children around. Next to the hotel was Ambarrukmo Plazza, which was a great place for shopping and food. For sure a place I will return to. However, only CNN in Indonesian.
