「プエルトナタレスからバスで国立公園管理局まで3時間、さらにそこまでホテルからピックアップに来てもらって、とかなり不便ですが、お部屋やレストランからパイネの山々が見渡すことができ、素晴らしいロケーションです。 毎日いろいろなエクスカーションがあり、グレイ湖氷河遊覧クルーズ、フランセス谷への往復5時間のトレッキング、ビューポイントをバスで巡るツアー、に参加しました。山の天気で、強風だったり、雨がパラついたりと、刻々と変わり、残念ながらトーレスデルパイネを見ることはできませんでしたが、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ楽しませてくれたり、また他の参加者とも話したりして、とても楽しく過ごしました。 が、ピックアップ代、エクスカーション代、全てお金がかかります。」

「Amazing property, maintained well given the location. Staff were great and hospitable. Nicolas at the front desk provided some good tips about the area. Breakfast had good nutritious meal. Can’t ask for more in that area. 」

「Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here.」

La localidad es muy pequeña por lo que no hay mucho que hacer, pero si regresas del parque cansado es el punto perfecto. Pero si quieres opciones o inclusive combustible, hay q ir a Puerto Natales.」

「Nice affordable option. Great community area if you’re traveling with others with seating and tables. Clean, helpful staff and easy location to navigate to Torres del Paine (we had a car). 」

「My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.」

「The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location」
