We had to borrow pots and pans from a friend in order to cook. Also the kitchen seemed to be hardly used therefore there was a lot of dust in the cupboards. 2. The washing machine did not work. 3. 「The arrival time of my flight was almost midnight but they offered airport shuttle service, which was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was already turned on before my arrival, so I could relax as soon as I entered the room and have a good rest after the long flight.」
