「Great stay staff were friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast. Evening meal on the whole was good had one that was a miss. Well maintained and very clean hotel. Great location. Make sure you get the free tourist pass from reception. Wod come back again. Goid value hotel.」

「街中にあるリゾートホテルといった感じのゆっくり過ごしたいホテルです。駅に近くショッピングも沢山あり、ボルツァーノは都会だと思いました。庭が素敵です。バラが咲いていて小道ができていて山の景色を眺めた後はホテルで寛ぎました。感じの悪い女性スタッフがいましたが、都合で早く出発して朝ご飯が食べられないことを話すてモーニングボックスの手配をしてくれました。急に彼女が親切なスタッフに思えました。」

「The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is amazing and the place offers a serenity that brings immediate peace and tranquillity. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars is that the restaurant has some serious staffing issues. There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu, you need to let them know in advance so that they can prepare something, and don’t let the waiter convince you that you are half board because that can cause issues. The staff in reception are brilliant though, friendly and helpful....
