「Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name.」

「The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. 」
