Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben. Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen. Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt.. Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr.

Ci è piaciuto molto la wellness, la Whirlpool esterna in giardino,le camere spaziose,la ristorazione eccellente con piatti tipici .Il personale è gentile soprattutto il metre nella persona di VLADIMIRO persona simpatica e professionale.La direttrice dell'hotel è squisitamente gentile.

Buona scelta per un pò di relax

Buon hotel ben posizionato nella valle e comodo per raggiungere i vari punti di partenza per le escursioni, sia in macchina sia con i mezzi pubblici (la fermata del bus è a pochi metri) per i quali viene dato il biglietto gratuito. Colazione abbondante e con una buona varietà di scelta. Stessa cosa per la cena. Dalle 2 alle 4 è prevista una merenda... ma non siamo mai riusciti a farla perchè sempre in giro. Ottima la possibilità di avere la MTB elettrica direttamente in hotel, e almeno per ora... gratuitamente. Spa/Piscina nella norma, non enormi ma di dimensioni più che adeguate per il numero di ospiti. Personale molto gentile (chiedete a loro se volete consigli su qualche escursione). Stanze spaziose anche se forse leggermente 'datate' in alcune 'parti'... in ogni camera c'è un tablet e tv molto grande, pavimenti e finiture dei bagni magari da ammodernare così come le sdraio sui singoli balconi... piccoli dettagli in ogni caso che non modificano il giudizio più che buono della struttura. Rapporto qualità/prezzo sicuramente ottimo.

Hotel vicino fermata del bus, comodo per chi viaggia in treno. Buona la piscina ed idromassaggio esterno così come la sauna. La ristorazione ottima con piatti ben serviti. I camerieri simpatici soprattutto VLADIMIRO persona simpatica e gentile, vero professionista della ristorazione e maestro del caffè. Bello il giardino adiacente al fiume AURINO.

Il 10 non lo merita perché l'area saune/piscina non è all'altezza di altre strutture 4s nella stessa regione. La cucina invece merita la lode. Buffet della colazione non particolarmente vario, ma prodotti tutti di buona qualità

Dopo un periodo di lavoro molto intenso cercavamo una vacanza rigenerante e di pieno relax . La pace ed il verde della Val Aurina da un lato , la tranquillità e la completezza delle strutture di questo albergo dall’altro ci hanno permesso di raggiungere perfettamente le ns aspettative. Camera molto ampia e confortevole (junior suite) dotata di un comodo balcone. La SPA, con personale qualificato, offre una gamma di massaggi molto ampia. Bella e comoda tutta l’area sauna, piscina e relax Innovativa e utile la possibilità di consumare uno snack a self service ( insalate, affettati, frutta , dolci ...) compreso nel prezzo ogni giorno fra le 13 e le 16.

Sehr komfortables Hotel im ruhigen Ahrntal

Absolut tolles Hotel bei dem sehr auf die wünsche des Gastes eingegangen wird. Das Restaurant Team ist sehr gut und hat die Sonderwünsche aufgrund Schwangerschaft sehr gut bearbeitet (kein rotes Fleisch etc.) das Essen war immer sehr lecker. Auch ein toller Wellnessbereich, der jedoch etwas größer sein könnte. Man wird auf jeden Fall toll verwöhnt im Hotel.

Livello molto alto, ma...

Il livello dell'albergo e dei servizi è sicuramente alto.Ci sono però dei difetti che non sono gradevoli e non si posso accettare per chi vanta quattro stelle S. Ad esempio c'è un barista veramente maleducato, che non saluta e che si permette di riprendere alri componenti dello staff davanti a tutti i commensali durante la cena... Altro neo non da poco riguarda il centro benessere, che nonostante sia dotato di varie cabine per sauna e bagno turco ha solo una stanza con 9 lettini per il relax e altri 8 lettini a bordo piscina.

Tre giorni da sogno...

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni in questo meraviglioso hotel. Sin dal nostro arrivo l'accoglienza e la cortesia del personale è stata eccellente, perfetta la presentazione dei servizi offerti dalla struttura. La camera spaziosa ed elegante con vista sulle montagne innevate; il centro benessere pulito, curato e perfetto per concedersi una pausa di relax. Il servizio di ristorazione ci ha colpito particolarmente grazie al mix di piatti tipici tirolesi ed un menu à la carte raffinato. Che dire insomma...cercavamo coccole e relax e li abbiamo trovati in questo splendido hotel!

Ottimo Wellness hotel, cucina buona e ricercata. Situato in un contesto isolato. Attenzione a zona ristorante vicino alla cucina, non è climatizzata oppure la climatizzazione non funzionava ed il caldo era al limite della sopportabilità.

ASSOLUTO RELAX

Albergo ben posizionato nella valle , curato , ottimo servizio di pulizia, molta attenzione al cliente. Suite spaziose e ben arredate. Bagno dotato di vasca idromassaggio peccato non ci sia la possibilità di usare il doccino della vasca come doccia fissandolo al muro. Alcune stanze sono esposte ai lati della strada con evidente problema sonoro/visivo . Zona SPA ben realizzata e strutturata . Giardino e zona relax esterna con vista montagna molto rilassante. Cucina: ottima e diversificata scelta per la colazione . Pomeriggio : il servizio a buffet è attivo dalle 14 alle 16 , forse un po troppo ristretto, non consente a chi fa passeggiate di gustare al rientro una buona fetta di torta o un the . Cena : curati i piatti ma suggerisco anche un menù più vicino alla tradizione locale. Personale molto attento , cordiale e disponibile . Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto ( ormai molti 3 stelle offrono servizi simili a prezzi più contenuti)

ottimo albergo in una splendida valle

siamo stati di transito solo per una notte presso questo hotel ed e' stato veramente un ottimo week end. Peccato solo che sia durato cosi 'poco.
