ストーニーポイント町 ホテル

「house was great, perfect for a big group with plenty of clean comfortable bedrooms and communal spaces. Tons of built-in activities in the house between the big backyard, the pool, and the game room. and communication with the host was clear and prompt. highly recommend!」

「The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)」

「Beautiful estate, very polite staff, plenty of parking. Would like to go back and visit Lyndhurst mansion right across from it」

「Good property for the value breakfast is nice staff nice Good location A bit older property but I would stay again」

「Friendly staff, quick check in, easy parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to Bear Mountain. Nice restaurant. No elevator in Overlook Lodge so a few trips required to bring luggage upstairs.」

I was furious and...
