「The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)」

The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room.The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and...
