「What a perfect place to spend time upstate! This is a great choice if you're looking to relax in a hot tub, see some chickens and pet a cat, or take in the calmness of the river. There are plenty of amenities, including a full kitchen (no oven but there's a hot plate, among other things). The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! They also have a stand at the Hudson Farmers' Market on Saturdays where you can buy honey and sandwiches!」

「We had a wonderful winter weekend in Hudson at Blue Heron. The house was super cute, conveniently located to downtown Hudson and comfortable. Being next to a river was so relaxing, we loved hanging out by the fire pit and enjoying the hot tubThe beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with everything you’d need. We’ll definitely be back」

The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.We appreciated the chocolate and granola bars after a long day of travel. It was a very nice touch. This was our second time staying here.」

「Nice and convenient place to stay in Hudson. No elevator, so taking the luggage up a tall staircase was the only downside.」

「The breakfast menu was not that good the first day most of the juices we out. The rooma we cleqnes ok. The shower head had not been cleaned in a long time. The floor drain was so loss keep coming up」

「The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations.」

「The property was amazing and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our stay here for the most part. The rooms were fully equipped with the essentials and were kept in tip top shape. Best part was the kitchen full of complimentary snacks and coffee. Parking also a breeze and easy to understand. 」
