「it's sprawling and has a lot of amenities. I think it's fabulous for kids - they had a magic show, cookie decorating, smores. They have an onsite bakery and restaurant. Tubing. They have shuttles, so you don't feel "stuck." It is very family friendly. I would say it's actually for families versus couples. 」

「Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund. 」

「When we arrived, there was a ton of confusion. A film crew was setting up to film scenes in an upcoming Amazon film. We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...
