Everything else was in the $350 range that weekend, so we went a little further out to budget our money. I couldn't figure out if the heater worked or not. No coffee. Just a place to rest our heads. It is what it is.

The owner is so lovely and was very helpful towards us! The place is great for a cheap and comfortable get-away. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t in use when we were there, but otherwise the facilities were exactly as advertised.

The place is a has been but by today’s standards it doesn’t make it. The blinds didn’t work, the water smelled, the floor is uneven, the screen door did not close, I’m sorry but the place is a dive. I will never stay there again

The room smelled of mildew and tobacco, it looked terrible as well. The pool was empty (no water), the amenities looked old. We walked out and went somewhere else.

Room was sufficient to sleep when doing other activities during the day and evening. My children chose to shower instead at a nearby lodge the rest of family were renting. Everything worked properly. Grounds were maintained. Manager was mostly absent but friendly and helpful when present. Motel was in a Spielberg film I'm told, I'll have to see. Experience was OK.

We would stay there again

Very pleasant place reminiscent of the 1950s. The owner is a very nice man, honestly caring about his guests. If you're looking for luxurious accommodations this probably isn't for you but if you want cozy friendly it's that.

We like the playground just in front of the room. The pool is closes. The motel is degraded and used. The owner is kind. We like our stay for the activities nearby in the Catskill region.

Place is a dump. Looks like it closed down and reopened as a refuse center. Room (cabin) was disgustingly run down. Sheets and room smelled so bad we took out loss and left at 2 am

An okay place to stay for a night. The room was comfortable but definitely looked like it had received minimal upkeep over the years. The shower water smelled a bit sulfuric and wouldn’t stay warm/hot. It was fine just for one night but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer since the amenities were a bit lacking, which is not too surprising given it is a small motel in the mountains. One plus is the property manager was very kind and welcoming.

This disgusting motel should be torn down.

I'm by far one of the most disgusting places that I ever stayed at.. my son didn't even want to use the bathroom.. I have to convince him not to sleep in the car.
