「Very nice stay, room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, full English, used the restaurant for evening meal which was very enjoyable. Wasn’t keen on the very small smart TV in the room but owners were lovely and so was Hannah. A wonderful waitress 」

「We had a fantastic weekend stay in blackthorn lodge and couldn’t have asked for more. The hot tub, sauna and play area were highlights and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing and fun for the little one.The bungalow was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with every essential we needed and a great informative information book with literally everything you would need to know local spots to visit and which supermarkets deliver to the bungalow which made the stay completely...

「The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a slight learning curve to operating the shower. The kitchen was modern clean and fully stocked. There was also an honesty bar that provided all sorts of mixed drinks and wines. The back garden could use some work and cleaning, but we enjoyed sitting under a willow tree, listening to the sounds of sheep, birds, and bees. The air was fresh, and the flowers had a pleasant fragrance. However, the dining area and living room could benefit from some...

「We had a delightful stay at hawthorne lodge. The bungalow was beautiful, well designed and felt like a home away from home. The hottub and sauna are an extra treat. Julia and Joe are lovely hosts and very thoughtful. We will defirnately be looking ata staying again. 」
