"Not professional at all, spa wouldn’t answer the whole time, we booked a private boat, they didn’t plan well, barely a small food platter, no drinks, no one was helpful, we asked for a pick up from the pier and no one showed up. They had a jaccuzi in the room but no shower, wouldn’t recommend. "

"Great location, great staff and could not say a bad thing about the service we had during our stay. The room is basic but had everything I needed. Noises carried and movement up and down the corridor and outside could be heard. I would definitely rebook and stay there again for the next trip."
