The experience at this hotel was unbelievable. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. We had a beach pool villa and I can't even express how beautiful it was. When we arrived the tub in the restroom was prepared with flower petals floating in the water. Upgraded our room because the other one was under repair. Managed to crash a motor bike and break my arm - the staff and owner couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Wonderful views as well as caring staff. Would highly recommend.

We spent a week in the Sala Samui. Everything was great! Our villa with a pool was fantastic. The friendly service, the breakfast, and the pools/beach were wonderful too.

Spent three nights there in July 2014. It is one of the major resorts in Khao Lak and has its own stretch of beach. It boasts a serpentine pool that is over three kilometers long. It is great for families or anyone who wants to get away and relax. This place is not really suited to the partying crowd.

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!

Check in was easy and great. They provided a welcome drink and snack. The staff was very friendly throughout the whole stay. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the room as it was kind of by itself up on the hill. Having the pool just outside the room was great and the hot tub was amazing, especially at night. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the Banyan Tree Phuket was amazing. Everything was beyond top notch. Every aspect of the Villa was amazing (How will any other hotel ever compare?). The daily breakfast was delicious beyond words. This was a wonderful resort, great breakfast buffet, the staff were extremely helpful. Wewent on day trip to see the James Bond Islands with guide. Totally recommend you see it with a luncheon included on floating restaurant. Food was yummy! Pool was near beach and between hotel room buildings that was artistic and with pool bar! We would go back!! For those with children it was very family friendly.

Seafront bungalows are beautiful. Very spacious, clean and jacuzzi on porch. Nice amenities provided. Lots of restaurants in the area. Swimming pool is very nice.

The clover hotel is very modern compared to the other hotels in the area, especially for the price! Clover is located in a great location, walking distance to the beach, shops and local food options. 5 minute walk from, “walking street” and 15 minute walk from the pier for all speedboats, tours and island excursions.
