「State was very knowledgeable and helpful. You should make her the site manager. She went out of her way. It’s been a couple years since we stayed her and noticed it was starting to need to be updated.」

「Our trip was wonderful, but staying at CJ and Mitch’s beautiful property made it truly unforgettable. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, and the mountain views from the back porch are breathtaking. My dad especially loved spending time with their sweet dogs and donkeys—it became one of the highlights of our trip. 「Laura and David were wonderful hosts - we really enjoyed our stay! The Yurt was exactly what we expected and very charming. We had fun interacting with the Alpaca's while giving them respectful distance. We didn't get to see the cows because they were in the next pasture, but there was plenty of wildlife to be seen - birds, deer, wild turkeys, etc. And Rowdy, one of the Australian Shepherds, came to visit quite often and even led us to and from the yurt ! My husband enjoyed hiking on...

「The house and garage are amazing and in great shape. My only point of concern (not really a complaint) is the listing says Central air, buts it’s just one window unit. Not a big deal for us since it was in the 60 at night but it would be hot in the summer. I would still recommend this house and will stay here again.」

「Lots of room here and plenty of parking. Garage is big enough to park 4 sxs with no issues, Ping pong table was great. Lighting inside could use some attention, epically in the kitchen and some of the bedrooms. Towels supplied are on the small side and only 1 per guest, suggest brining your own. Water pressure is on the low side and showers are pretty small. Host provided floor standing fans in all the bedrooms and they have ceiling fans (ceiling fans have not been cleaned in a while).
