「We absolutely loved our stay!! Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature. The staff were so attentive and kind, the room is spacious and we loved the special touch of breakfast being brought directly to us in a picnic basket every morning (at a time we’re asked to choose)! 「Right out the gate, I noticed my bed had hairs on it (more than a few). I politely asked staff to address this and change the sheets. The cleaning lady in the presence of the front-of-house staff began shouting and complaining (seemingly about being asked to do this) until I relented. The breakfast was very good. 「We were very happy and satisfied with our stay at Motives Inn Dilijan! The staff was incredibly supportive, helpful, and always willing to do everything they could to solve any issues and make our stay comfortable. They were especially wonderful with our kids and very attentive to their needs, including their food. We also really loved our cottage—it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. 「Unfortunately the rubbish had not been taken from the room from the previous guests and there were bugs and dirt in the hot tub. Staff didn’t speak any English so I think it is mainly for Russian guests. Otherwise the property is beautiful and has 2 very sweet cats. The manager was very nice lady too」
