「I would give this hotel one star. The property is in very poor condition and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such high ratings. The only positive aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the restaurant, as well as the good breakfast. I have no complaints about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition...

「We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. 「What a delightful hotel, nestled in the hills high above Ijevan, and close to mountain trails. We received a warm welcome and made to feel at home. A highlight was to try some local wines before dinner each day, sitting on the terrace looking across the valley. There was an extensive menu with many delicious dishes, freshly prepared for us.
