The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. 「A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff...

「Terrible. Orbitz did not forward the money we paid to them. When called they provided an invalid credit card number. We had to pay again. This happened over 2 hours at 1-3 AM in the morning. Horrible.」

"This is my second stay at this hotel (the first stay was in 2020). They prepared the annex which is a bit far from main building. It is just 2-3minutes, but the restaurant and bar is at the main. (I don't know how is in the main building, but) the room of annex have no mosquito net even in Zanzibar (they said it is OK to other customers... really?). So, I needed to turn on air conditioner all time, and it made me shivering all night (air conditioner worked good enough). I wonder you can spend comfortably in this situation. And more, stairs of the annex were not stable as in my country (Japan), so I always fell down. You can enter the main building free (without showing the key or something), and this means outsider can go inside easily. OK, this is in Zanzibar, Tanzania!!"
