「Das mir zur Verfügung gestellte Appartement war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (inklusive Klimaanlage - was aus der ebookers-Seite (zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung) nicht klar hervorging). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice einwandfrei. Die Lage in Masaki ist hervorragend - man erreicht diverse tolle Restaurants und Bars (Cape Town Fish Market, The Waterfront, Samaki-Samaki, ...) in Kürze, trotzdem ist es rund um das Hotel komplett ruhig. Einzig auf meine Anfrage per Mail...

「Great stay at Fig Tree residences. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast with a range of options like greek yoghurt and freshly cooked eggs. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good internet connection. There's also a gym with a decent selection of equipment.」

「Kostengünstige Unterkunft zum Selbstversorgen. Das muslimische Viertel ist sehr sicher, alle achten darauf, dass einem nichts passiert. Der Hotelmanager ist nett und es war gut so in Tansania anzukommen.」

「Hotel in terrible shape. Dirty and desperately in need of.repair and remodeling. Not recommended at all and way too over priced for what we got. 」

「I didn't like anything due to the fact we couldn't even find the place in the beginning because it's not an actual hotel. The staff reported my reservations was cancel which was not true so leaving me to think I'm in another country with no where to stay. The place was not clean and look nothing like the picture with the decorations. We had to ask for cleaning supplies the first night just to take a shower and not be discussed. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I'm not the one to do...

"Last year, I chose this hotel, and decided to change my regular hotel in DAR to this! The condition was so good, and I enjoyed the city view through the big wind! Hotel staffs had enough hospitality, and especially house keeper always responded to my request. This year, I stayed this hotel for 2 days in August, and (after 2 weeks in Arusha), will come back to this hotel again in September! Only small things I would require are as follows; 1. a bit hard to find as it locates not along the main street. 2. elevator is always busy. 3. the wind is a bit dirty (I understand it is hard to clean, but it might catch customer's eye as the wind is so big.) "
