"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. The hotel is far from what's in the picture. It's vert dilapidated and unkempt. It smells really bad. To be honest I was planning to just check-in drop my bags and head out in search of another place. The staff also, could not speak English. "Loved this property and the staff. We had a situation with our rental car and they had a staff member walk to where we had parked the car and he actually drove our rental car back to the hotel and then called the guy we rented the car from and asked him to come by the hotel to pick up the car. I think that was above and beyond and we truly appreciated the extra time and help."
