「立地、建物は、とても良いです。預言者のモスクが近いです。３日滞在だと何回も言ってるのにチェクアウト連絡してきたり毎日部屋の掃除しないのでお願いしてロビーで待ってると掃除できてない。 報告、連絡が苦手かもしれません。 せっかく立地良くても、スタッフが育ってない様子でした。」

「Very good value for the price.」

「An outdated hotel that used to be Movenpick but run down and falling apart. Staff are lovely and trying everything to keep it going until much required renovation is due on the whole place. However, this does not help when you just want a clean room to relax and you have to change room twice due to uncleanliness. One of the rooms smelt damp and next morning, I woke up with a cough. I looked behind bed and there was damp and mild growing on the carpet. Breakfast was lovely and staff are trying...

「The rooms are already spacious but front desk upgraded my room to a suite which was not needed but fantastic. Staff and house kippers were polite and courteous. Excess to the exit was good. 」

「Great location. Very close, 3 min walk, to Masjid Nabawi. All the fast food places within 1 min walk. Airport is 20 min and train station is 15 min. 」

「客室フロアーの１階だった。 メッカ（マッカ）行きの乗り合いバスやら乗り合いタクシーの客引きの声がうるさくて、部屋ではまったく落ち着かなかった。」

「Top hotel c'est classé 3* mais je dit c'est pas juste plus tôt 4* , le personnel la chambre le buffet est top fantastique l'accès au harame sur une ligne droite 5 mn à pied , le monsieur a la réception et le chef cuisine Abdellah top top moi je vote pour 4* cette hôtel , personnel très à l'écoute 」
