「Room was very clean and comfortable. Set up well for wheelchair user except the bathroom had a tub instead of a shower. Breakfast was very good.」

「No housekeeping for 4 days. Had to go to the office every morning and ask for towels and washcloths. The lobby completely ran out of coffee. One good thing was that the property was clean and the beds were comfortable.」

「I booked this place for one night thinking it was going to be horrible based on the reviews, but it was clean and I actually enjoyed my stay. So much that I booked an additional night.」

「I appreciated the character, but it’s in rougher shape than I anticipated.」

「Kelly was awesome and even picked us up from the Airport. Walk across the bridge to everything was easy also.」

「Husband and I stayed a week- working vacation to help family in Carrington. All Staff were very pleasant and helpful. A slow draining tub issue was addressed promptly. Room and bath were clean and well maintained. Light breakfast items available to grab and go. Next time we come to visit family- will stay here- reasonable, safe, clean and centrally located in town.」

「Our room was very dark. We had difficulty reading even with all the lamps on and the curtains opened. Disappointed that coffee was not available everyday as advertised.」

「Very friendly host!」

「Great little rustic home.」

「The house was built in the 60s, spongy floors, old cabinets, 4th bedroom is a back porch. The house was infested with box elder bugs so bad you had to sleep with the lights on to keep the bugs by the light. There was no escaping them during the day. It was so bad I almost went and slept in my vehicle.」

「Host was easy to work with. Very roomy.」
