「The room was dirty. It was a handicapped accessible room that was in such disrepair it was unsafe. Tiles missing around the drain. 「I have already mentioned my comments on the awful experience on check in the morning the manager apologized profusely but did not offer any remedy for the way I was treated and berated. Some kind of discount or even a refund would have been appreciated. I was not looking for a free nights stay so I paid my bill, but more than an apology would have been appreciated.」
