Staff was friendly but the place was rundown and there were people living in some of the units. I did not feel comfortable at the place at all.

Check in was quick (even though it was midnight and we had to call the manager to have her come unlock the doors and to get us checked in). Property was clean, but it is old and definitely shows it's age. Carpet needed to be replaced in the room that I had, thermostat was hanging off of the wall, lights above the bed were gross and needed a good cleaning. Friends who stayed in another room only had one towel and one washcloth and no hand towels. There were no vending machines on the property and no stores within walking distance.

Front desk person was sleeping so hard on a couch in the entry at 3 in the afternoon that I had to go back out and slam the door to wake her. Room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check in time. Family made me promise not to book this hotel again. Overall run down and dirty place.

This is an older property, no getting around that. But Kelly and staff do a wonderful job of maintaining it and keeping it clean, and are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and spartan but beds are comfortable. Motel is convenient to major roads, with several restaurants nearby as well as attractions like the Buffalo Museum and the world’s largest buffalo statue. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved staying here! Don’t let the “older” look fool you, it’s a gem forsure. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and accommodating to my very late check in thank god! No problems and easy parking. Very quiet and clean and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, I almost stayed another night just for the damn bed alone! 10/10 highly recommend.

Made my reservation while relocating to another state. It was getting late and my family was tired from loading a Uhaul all day. Found this place on Expedia that showed it was open 24/7 and was pet friendly. When we got here it was around midnight and had to call someone to come to the front desk - not a big deal. What I got was a pissed off lady with a bunch of attitude. She told me she didn’t care where I made my reservation or what the price was…because they don’t honor 3rd party. So I paid a different amount than what Expedia told me. When I explained that we had a dog (pet friendly when I searched), she scoffed, rolled her eyes and said “Oh, of COURSE you do.” before giving up the room key so we could all get some sleep. The room itself wasn’t TOO terrible. Direct access to your vehicle, beds weren’t too uncomfortable…even had a little sofa and a window table with barstools. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Water bottles from previous guests next to the bed. Dirty floor. And the water pressure? Non-existent. In both the sink and the shower. What water you did get, would either be ice cold or scalding. My husband and I travel a lot, and I guess this place served its purpose for a few hours sleep. But for what I paid, I could have just stayed at a hotel and skipped the attitude AND gotten a nice hot shower - with water pressure.

I had a late arrival and the woman that checked me in was lovely. So that is really the only positive of my experience. I went into my room after a 12 hour day of driving and it was infested with flies. I killed at least 20. I felt like I was in a Third World country.The window blinds were not working, and the spotlights from the porch were blazing into my room. The pump on the toilet went off about every 20 minutes extremely loudly and there was a child next-door that screamed for literally hours. So, I got about three hours of sleep and unfortunately had another 12 hour day of driving today. Not what I needed.

The property is in very poor condition and the pictures shown are not like the actual property. The sheets were very worn and had holes in them there were spiders in the room the bathroom door didn’t close overall would not recommend this place

Soon apon arriving the outside looked super clean and cute, unfortunately the inside of our room as very old, smelled like many years of cigarettes, no curtain on window for keeping the sun out, some light fixtures didn’t work, bathroom was super damp and moist. Bring your own pillow as they are pancakes. I read rooms were updated so I’m guessing we were the unlucky ones to get one that wasn’t. All in all it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
