"Near KY lake, very quiet and safe. However, property seemed to be vacant for some time and there were numerous spider webs inside the property, dead bugs in the sinks and toilet, and overall dusty. The place and location is ideal, but it needs better management that can check a property prior to renting it out. "

"Very nice place. Was disappointed there was only a queen in the master suite, would have thought the king would have been in that room because of the bathroom attached. But overall it was a very clean and cozy home. Should state that towels are provided on advertisement. "
