「Hadn't realised no onsite parking and had to move the car away from the house so was a bit of a pain with the other vehicles who parked to go walking , lovely little cottage a bit tired in areas but was a perfect getaway spot for some much needed r and r ,there was wifi so we we're able to use our own apps on our telephones to use the tv . The area is absolutely beautiful and the Chapel tearooms over the road was the most amazing afternoon tea I've ever tasted and highly reccomend they so like...

「We had a wonderful stay. Very good location. Ideal for family gatherings. Lovely to have the addition of a stair gates, high chairs and cots. A perfect kitchen and dining area for us all to eat and gather.Great to have lots of parking as well.Would make it just perfect to have a tumble dryer or some more clothes horses at least as was a struggle to dry clothes. Otherwise perfect 」

「A family holiday with teenagers and 2 dogs. Cottage and grounds incuding field absolutely amazing. Completely enclosed for dogs. Beautiful area with lots to do. Family went to Alton towers which was 20 minutes away. Wonderful walks to suit all abilities as not easy getting teenagers to walk too far! We all had an amazing weeks holiday, blessed by Beautiful weather. Hope to return one day. 」

「Well lovely spacious accommodation so close to Alton towers I sort of worked out it is quicker to walk from the cottage than it is to drive into the car park and walk. I was very happy being in there and the large sofa and fire were so homely 」

「Fantastic little cottage and the attention to details was great!!! The owners supplied milk, coffee, tea and chocolate chip muffins which were very much welcomed after a long drive. Location was brilliant and very close to Alton Towers (5 mins drive) and the suggested walks around the area were very relaxing. All in all we had a fantastic and relaxing time staying in this cottage. Definitely will be back and recommend to family and friends.」
